I live next to one of the houses owned by Newomij, in Veldhoven. 14 days after my neighbor (tenant) left the house, they just started maintenance/renovation work without giving any heads-up, and they are making incredible amount of noise since 2 days. Maintenance is inevitable, but giving a heads up to your neighbors is the bare minimum. My wife has sensory issues and she has much less tolerance to noise than anyone else. If it was notified earlier, we could have thought of a solution to avoid such a racket!

I received a completely false and baseless fine from Newomij, with no evidence and no communication beforehand. This is harassment disguised as property management. Their team is either careless or incompetent, and the way they issue accusations without facts is deeply disturbing. I am currently pursuing formal complaints. Avoid working with companies that treat residents this way.

Completely unreliable. They hardly do any work, my experience has been very negative, even for the poor standards of Amsterdam. As many other reviews say, it’s just very poor management and lack of accountability.

Journaling our experience: Waiting one year for a “damage expert” to come and check the hole in our kitchen wall from a leakage two stories above us. Not even to fix the hole… a whole year just to first have a look first. We have sent them emails, photos, videos of it and they have been here twice. But everytime they dont see any saved documents, they dont even know someone already came by, and dont know of the issue. Everytime they need to make a new case and “send someone over”. We have been paying extra heating bills due to this hole and havent used our kitchen storage rooms for 1 year. Horrible horrible company. One star is because google wont let me go lower. Edit : been calling for three days since Monday everyday they dont pick up, or pick up and say the one responsible is not available. They say they will call me back but never do. I will keep posting here until our issue is resolved. Edit : got called back the forth day, they said they had no idea we have been calling for three days. They have never heard until today that we tried to reach. He said he is not responsible and that the Technical department will call me back. Then the technical department said they are not responsible, the insurance is but they are not back until 3 more days so they will call me in 3 days.

----edit---- Review adjusted after this company contacted me. Most issues have been documented and, as I've been reliably informed, will serve to improve and sharpen some of their regulations, especially when it comes to 'accepting' new projects. Additionally, most of the issues I personally had with my appartment have at the time of writing been solved or are in the process of being solved. Mistakes were definitely made but my initial review was too harsh; Newomij owns up to, fixes, and learns from said mistakes. ---------------- I expected a higher level of service from an actual realtor as opposed to previous experiences with 'house milkers'. Mediocre effort, maximum profit, and that slightly scummy and highly illegal 'sign on this pad and we'll send you the paperwork with your own autograph later, no need to read beforehand' business model. Do not expect the renter to come first.

Unfortunately our experience with company has been nothing but disappointing. Employees keep shifting the responsibilities to each other, then blame each other for work done or not done, with no one taking responsibility. Simple requests take months and if one is lucky to get a response, it is normally disappointing.

At this point I do not even know if they have any staff doing anything there other than hanging up on their paying customers. Rain water is pouring down our ceilings through electricity fittings for the last 15 days. Nothing has been fixed, no information has been shared on when we can expect a fix. Disgraceful!

Horrible experience with VVE management... Unwilling to help when needed. They change on agreed things such as budgets, and blame the misunderstanding on the customer.
