I don’t understand how this company got so many good reviews. Extremely rude, bad customer service. I had a phone call with customer service team and while I was explaining the problem I have, she cut my words and shouted to me said I have a problem. I asked if I can get the name who shouted at me but she said I will never get her name. I have never experienced this type of attitude of service in a phone call. If you are called as customer service, then you better have better people who are willing to help people who pays for your company. + i said i want to terminate the contract but my email have been ignored for a week.
