Epix Gen 2 broke within a year. Been busy getting the details to try and return for over a week. They make the whole process incredibly convoluted and challenging and take a couple of days to reply to each email you send.

Happy user of Venu 2S, but after three years the battery fell out during a workout, even while the levels were 22, 30 and 40%. Outside guatantee, but garmin exchanged the watch in a week with a refurbished equal one (looks perfectly new), without any cost, neither the shipping. Wonderful customer service, thanks a lot.

Super service by Garmin Support Centre... after my 2017 purchased Forerunner 935 showed airbubble under the display the Support Centre offered me an exchange for an "as new" replacement 935 for a very moderate price... got all my Garmin bike gear and heartrate sensors connected so data input on Connect working 100%... many thanks to Kelly of the NL Service Centre !

Customer support deserves the 5 stars: Mirjam has been superb so far. My watch was faulty and she created a exchange order straight away, and replacement arrived from UK in 10 business days. She promptly answered all my questions during the process and has been really clear.

Support is really helpful and friendly! The watch that I ordered was stolen by the DPD courier (unfortunately, it's not the first case and there's a similar pattern in every case: the courier reports some fake excuse why the package can't be delivered and replaces the order with a random item so the next courier delivers the re-taped package. Watch out for this!). The guys at Garmin Support were on top of the case and sent me a replacement unit almost immediately. My only suggestion would be to stop working with DPD and start working with PostNL instead.

Garmin car gps. Don't buy. It take ages to update maps with a non user friendly Garmin Express software! Battery time is really poor!

Garmin Online Store – where patience goes to die. Ordered on 3rd September with the promise of a 3-5 day delivery. A week later, nada. Called Garmin, who casually passed the buck to DPD. DPD, on their part, claimed to have had the package since the 10th, but their tracking was more confusing than a conspiracy theory. Finally, it started moving… or so I thought. On 12th September, it was marked out for delivery, only to find out at the end of the day that it had apparently been lying around unattended since 6th September – before DPD even ‘had’ it! More calls, more confusion, until DPD confessed the package was damaged and sent back to Garmin. Meanwhile, Garmin assured me of a replacement order on 16th September, supposedly with UPS. But surprise, surprise – that never happened. Not only was there a complete lack of follow-through, but I was also subtly blamed for the return! Fast forward another week, still no package, just endless surveys asking how they’ve ‘resolved’ my issue. Spoiler: nothing has been resolved, Garmin. At this point, I’m left chasing either a refund or the actual product – whichever comes first. After 15 years of being a Garmin customer, I never thought I’d be contemplating a switch. But here we are, because clearly, delivering a product is too much to ask. If this chaos reflects their general work culture, I shudder to think about the quality of the products. Buckle up, folks – it’s going to be a long ride. Update 1; While I was debating to go for a Coros or Suunto, Garmin finally placed a new order on the 27th of September – a mere 11 days after promising a solution. This time, they again entrusted the package to DPD, because apparently, we all enjoy a good nail-biter. The tracking game resumed, and sure enough, by the 1st of October, DPD was claiming they hadn’t received anything. Déjà vu, right? But then, just as I was bracing for another round of headaches, the package miraculously sprang to life that evening with an expected delivery date of 2nd October. So, here I am, holding my breath once more, waiting to see if this package will finally make it or if we're just adding another chapter to this never-ending story. Fingers crossed, but I'm not holding my breath. Final update on the Garmin Online Store saga: After what felt like an eternity, the product finally arrived, and I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. The good news? The quality of the product itself is top-notch, exactly what I’ve come to expect from Garmin over the years. The bad news? The customer service is still a train wreck. So, while their devices hold up well, their service team could definitely take a few lessons in how to actually help customers. In the end, it's a solid product, just be prepared for some serious patience if anything goes wrong during the process!

6 Years ago I bought a Fenix 5. Never had issues with this watch! Recently the batterie starts to show less strength and is empty before I know it. I contacted Garmin Support (chat) to ask for a batterie replacement for which I was very willing to pay. This because I know that batteries are excluded from guarantee policies. Immediately after my request I was told that the watch is to old (?) and therefore a batterie replacement would not be possible, nor any updates regarding software etc. etc. would be given now or in the future. In other words, Garmin is forcing, after just 6 years, her customer(s) to buy a new and expensive (€ 550-€ 800) watch instead of replacing an old batterie for a new € 25-€ 50 worthy batterie whilst the customer is very willing to pay for it. In the past I’ve had a extreme bad experience with Garmin Support. Over the years I hoped things would have changed for the best. How big can a disappointment be. At the end of the chat I’ve asked for an address for a retailer so I could bring the watch there for the replacement. They did not have an address, I was told. Of course Garmin!
