Enorme aanrader! Ik had vanuit mijn werk het geluk om de training Verbindende Communicatie van Boris te mogen volgen. Vanaf het eerste moment was ik aan! De combinatie van goed onderbouwde theorie en het direct toepassen in oefeningen en vervolgens in het ‘echte’ leven, hebben mij veel gebracht. Ik merk dat ik in gesprekken minder oordeel en steeds zoek naar mijn eigen behoefte, maar ook die van de ander. Dit levert naast interessante gesprekken ook meer rust en diepgang op in gesprek. Je merkt aan Boris dat hij verbindende communicatie ademt, wat inspireert en laat zien wat deze manier van communiceren doet in de praktijk. Door de veilige en open sfeer die wordt gecreëerd in de training, durf je jezelf open te stellen wat ervoor zorgt dat je ook écht leert.

De cursus Geweldloze Communicatie was zeer goed en heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. De praktijkvoorbeelden die tijdens de sessies werden behandeld, maakten de theorie direct toepasbaar en zorgden voor diepere inzichten. Boris, de cursusleider, beheerste de materie uitstekend en creëerde een omgeving waarin iedereen zich gehoord voelde. Hij gaf ons de ruimte om onze eigen ervaringen te delen en hierop te reflecteren. De kleinschalige opzet van de cursus droeg bij aan een persoonlijke en interactieve ervaring, wat ik als zeer prettig heb ervaren. Al met al een waardevolle training die ik zeker zou aanbevelen!

Zeer prettige cursus! Boris is zeer gedreven en weet zowel de kennis goed over te brengen als praktische handvatten mee te geven om zelf aan de slag te gaan met Geweldloze communicatie.

Absoluut een aanrader, zowel voor jezelf als voor een team. De pijlers voor verbindend communiceren kan je meteen toepassen in je relaties en je werk. Boris en Gillian zorgen ervoor dat je de wijze van verbindend communiceren kunt ervaren met respect voor jezelf en de ander. Ik ben benieuwd naar de verdiepingsdag die hierna volgt.

Wat een geweldige en intensieve dag. De Geweldloze Communicatie training van Boris heeft veel los gemaakt in het team en tot een hoop nieuwe inzichten geleid. Letterlijk elke 10 minuten waren goed besteed. Iedereen was erg tevreden aan het eind van de dag en ik heb alle vertrouwen dat het team de tools in handen heeft gekregen voor een nog betere samenwerking. Heb genoten! Heel veel dank Boris!

Een inspirerende dag bij Equanimity vol mooie inzichten welke je meteen kunt toepassen in je relaties, je werk, je leven.
